Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Akaziprofile (akaziprofile.space), a product of Akazispace. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You need to be at least 16 years old and sign in with a Google account.

Keep your Google account secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account. We recommend turning on two-step verification in Settings.

Tell us straight away at akazispace@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Everything you add to your profile stays yours. You give us permission to store it, display it the way you choose (public, unlisted or private) and use it to generate your CVs. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Make sure what you publish is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including photos, project images and links.

Please don't:

• Pretend to be someone else, or claim jobs, qualifications or work that aren't yours.
• Post anything illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit.
• Use messages to send spam or unwanted advertising.
• Scrape or copy other people's profiles in bulk, or try to break or overload the service.
• Try to get around plan limits or security checks.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we'll tell you why.

Akaziprofile is free to use. Pro adds features such as unlimited CVs, more templates and advanced analytics, at the price shown on the pricing page.

• Pro is paid in advance for the months you choose, by the payment methods listed in Plan & billing.
• After paying, you send the transaction reference and receipt. We check it and switch your account to Pro, usually within one working day. We may decline a payment we can't verify, and will tell you why.
• Pro runs until the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to Free automatically. Nothing renews or charges you by itself.
• Pro time we give as a bonus ends on the date shown and doesn't turn into a paid plan.
• If a payment was taken in error, contact us and we'll sort it out. Otherwise, payments for time already started aren't refundable.

When an account returns to Free, your content stays. Features beyond the Free limits pause until you upgrade again: for example, CVs made with Pro templates print with the Modern template.

We work to keep Akaziprofile running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Please keep your own copy of anything important, such as the PDFs of your CVs.

We may change or improve features over time. If we plan to stop the service entirely, we'll give you notice and a way to download your data.

Akaziprofile is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, Akazispace isn't liable for indirect losses, such as a missed job opportunity, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

You can stop using Akaziprofile at any time and ask us to delete your account at akazispace@gmail.com. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users in the app. Continuing to use Akaziprofile after a change means you accept the new terms.
